January 23, 2007: Healthy lunches

Sardine salad (half eaten)I'm not going to get all healthy-cook-bookey about it. But recently I've been trying to eat a little better by wedging more and more salad into my brown bap and hummus or seedy bagel with tuna mayo. Today I had a herb salad with, carrot batons, tomato, yellow pepper and sardines. Quite yummy I thought. I didn't really think it was that healthy, but I've had a few comments from colleagues, and they're a pretty healthy looking bunch anyway.

I'm running out of ideas already though. What do you have for lunch, that's not a pre-packaged sandwich?
